Bruno Jacinto

Engineering & Applications Delivery Manager for ERP, data and automation transformation

What I do

I lead engineering and applications delivery across ERP, integrations, reporting, automation and operational systems. My work sits between business operations, technical architecture and people leadership: making systems clearer, delivery more predictable, and teams more autonomous.

What I build and improve

  • Enterprise applications

ERP selection, application portfolios, supplier governance, service delivery and ownership models for business-critical systems.

  • Operational integrations

WMS, EDI, APIs, shop-floor systems and cross-functional workflows that connect operations with usable data.

  • Regulated environments

Pharma logistics and food/FMCG experience where traceability, quality, compliance and reliability matter every day.

  • People-first delivery

Clear priorities, practical Agile, honest ownership and teams that can operate with autonomy and technical confidence.

Current focus

I currently lead applications delivery for a fresh-produce group operating across the UK, Portugal and Spain. The work connects ERP, procurement, production, quality, traceability, reporting and shop-floor systems into a clearer operating model for teams across 12 locations.

My practical AI-readiness focus is simple: cleaner operational data flows, less spreadsheet dependency, automated checks and handoffs, and decision support that teams can trust in daily operations.

Industries I've worked in

Delivered lot‑level traceability, QA workflows and compliance from field to fork. Connected ERP, procurement, production and shop‑floor telemetry into a single, actionable view for day‑to‑day operations. Automated alerts, handoffs and routine checks; replaced scattered spreadsheets; and left audit‑ready traceability as the default way of working.

Slide 1 of 7

Strong delivery comes from clear ownership, useful tools, honest prioritisation and understanding what motivates each person.

The goal is not process for its own sake; it is teams that operate with autonomy, technical confidence and practical business context.
